DiMoRa is a global dining restaurant , where the customer is at the heart of our restaurant business philosophy, with a real dedication delivering more than a unique dining experience, but rather a unique dining adventure. This beautiful restaurant is brought to you by 3 young entrepreneurs Dinesh, Morgan(Murugaananthan) and Ram with nearly 5 decades of combined hotel industry experience around the world from highly rated International 5 star hotels.

From the moment you enter the door, you are treated to a broad array of tempting exotic and classic mocktails, adventures in themselves. The restaurant has a warm casual atmosphere and the decor creates a comfortable and enjoyable dining environment and can be just perfect for that special occasion, intimate dining for two or for a family dinner.

The dining adventure begins with a passion for great food, infused with globally inspired bold flavour recipes, freshness and quality ingredients. Menu selections are abundant, and can satisfy the most discerning palate. There are myriad options for sheer indulgence. The menu ranges from delicious Indian dishes of all types, great Chinese, Mexican delights, the best traditional Italian wood fire baked Pizza and Pasta in town, Sizzlers, mouth watering desserts and so on.

Chef Ram brings close to 2 decades of award winning culinary experience from some of the top hotels around the world, Taj Groups of Hotels - India, Leela Kempinski - India, Jumeirah Beach Hotel - Dubai, U.A.E., Madinat Jumeirah - Dubai, U.A.E., Queen Elizabeth 2, Cunard Lines-UK, Celebrity Cruises - USA. His cuisine is marked with a crisp, clean style with outstanding aroma and excoting flavours. He has won numerous awards for his excellent culinary skills.

Murugaananthan brings 18 years of restaurant management experience in the Food & Beverage Industry, with training and managing multinational staffs around the world maintaining high standards of service. His intensive training and experience comes from Taj Groups of Hotels - India, Costa Lines - Italy, Cunard Lines-UK and Atlantis the Palm Jumeirah - Dubai, U.A.E.

Dinesh - A wine connoisseur with 15 years of Food & Beverage Industry experience and most of it comes from the most prestigious British cruise company, Cunard Lines Ltd. He has worked as a Chief Sommelier for the most famous ocean liners Queen Elizabeth 2, Queen Mary 2, Queen Victoria and currently managing the wine program for the Queen Elizabeth, where he trains and manage different nationality staffs.
