Chef Ram brings close to 2 decades of award winning culinary experience from some of the top hotels around the world, Taj Groups of Hotels - India, Leela Kempinski - India, Jumeirah Beach Hotel -Dubai, U.A.E., Madinat Jumeirah - Dubai, U.A.E., Queen Elizabeth 2, Cunard Lines-UK, Celebrity Cruises - USA. His cuisine is marked with a crisp, clean style with outstanding aroma and excoting flavours. He has won numerous awards for his excellent culinary skills.
Murugaananthan brings 20 years of restaurant management experience in the Food & Beverage Industry, with training and managing multinational staffs around the world maintaining high standards of service. His intensive training and experience comes from Taj Groups of Hotels - India, Costa Lines - Italy, Cunard Lines-UK and Atlantis the Palm Jumeirah - Dubai, U.A.E.
Dinesh - A wine connoisseur with I 7 years of Food & Beverage Industry experience and most of it comes from the most prestigious British cruise company, Cunard Lines Ltd. He has worked as a Chief Sommelier for the most famous ocean liners Queen Elizabeth 2, Queen Mary 2, Queen Victoria and currently managing the wine program for the Queen Elizabeth, where he trains and manage different nationality staffs.
